Want To Donate Items?

First, check the list of items we can and cannot accept.
Second, drop off your items directly at the store during our normal business hours.  (Please do not drop off you donations after hours).

We CAN accept:

  • Gently used clothing – for all ages and sizes

  • Used Accessories – shoes, belts, hats, scarves, etc.

  • Infant clothes and accessories

  • Kitchenware, houseware, dishes

  • Hardware and tools

  • Home decor items

  • Collectibles and antiques

  • Books, games, and toys

  • Furniture and furnishings

We CANNOT accept:

  • Mattresses, pillows, and bedding

  • Large appliances – refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, stoves, washers, or driers

  • Televisions, computers, monitors

  • Extremely large or heavy furniture

  • Soiled, broken, damaged items or clothing

  • Management may accept or reject any item offered for donation based on condition.

Greater Randolph Area Services Program, Inc is a 501(c)(3) non-profit started in 1983.  Our mission is to provide help to needy individuals and families improving their quality of life and promoting self-sufficiency.

In 1985 the GRASP Thrift Store opened to provide supporting revenue to fund family services in the Greater Randolph area.  The store accepts new and gently used items for resale inventory.   Donations to the GRASP Thrift Store are tax deductible for some individuals in accordance with the IRS Code. Donations may be arranged for pick-up by appointment.

Clothing vouchers are available to qualified individuals to shop for children’s clothing for school, work clothes for interviews and job needs, and household items for those experiencing a fire or disaster.  Applications for vouchers are available at the social services office at 250 Donalan, Converse.

Volunteers are needed to help with many tasks at the store that include inventory processing, organizing, light janitorial work and more.   Students over 16 and court-ordered volunteers are also accepted.   Volunteer registration is available at the social services office at 250 Donalan, Converse.  Volunteers may select their daily schedule.
